What’s Included?
Your sample kit may include a selection of products based on your needs, such as:
- Adult briefs with tabs
- Pull-up protective underwear
- Booster pads and liners
- Protective underpads
- Incontinence wipes

- Other incontinence and home healthcare products, when appropriate
Every sample kit is customized whenever possible to help you compare different products, sizes, absorbency levels, and brands.
How It Works
- Purchase your Sample Care Kit.
- If you’ve already completed our Sample Request Form, we’ll begin preparing your personalized kit.
- If you haven’t completed the form yet, a Bloom Path Care Specialist will contact you to learn more about your needs, including sizing, absorbency, preferred product style, and any questions you may have.
- We’ll prepare and ship your personalized sample kit.
- When you’re ready to place your first order, we’ll apply your $10 Sample Care Kit credit toward your purchase.

- Credit valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- One credit per Sample Care Kit purchased.
- Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to previous purchases.

Shipping:
Bloom Path Medical Supplies ships across Canada. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.
Estimated delivery times vary by province (1–7 business days depending on location). Remote areas and weather conditions may cause delays.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or external delays. Orders can be modified or cancelled within 3 hours of placement.
Return:
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all incontinence and medical care products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or unopened items.
