Finding the right incontinence product can make a significant difference in comfort, confidence, and everyday life. The Bloom Path ODSP Sample Care Kit gives eligible ODSP clients an opportunity to try a selection of incontinence products before choosing their ongoing supplies.
There is no charge for the Sample Care Kit for eligible ODSP clients. Samples are selected based on your individual needs, preferences, sizing, and product availability.
What’s Included?
Your personalized Sample Care Kit may include products such as:
- Adult briefs with tabs
- Pull-up protective underwear
- Booster pads and liners
- Protective underpads
- Incontinence wipes
- Skin care products
- Other appropriate incontinence and home healthcare products
Sample contents will vary. Whenever possible, our Care Team will select products that help you explore different fits, absorbency levels, styles, and brands.
How It Works
- Complete the Sample Care Kit order and answer a few questions about your product needs.
- Provide your contact information, shipping address, and requested ODSP information.
- After your order is submitted, a Bloom Path Care Team member will contact you to confirm your information, eligibility, and sample needs.
- Once confirmed, our team will prepare your personalized Sample Care Kit.
- Your samples will be shipped so you can try the products and determine which options work best for you.

ODSP Sample Care Kit Eligibility
Bloom Path's free Sample Care Kit program is intended for eligible ODSP clients exploring incontinence products and supplies.
Submitting an order or request does not guarantee that a Sample Care Kit will be provided or shipped. A Bloom Path Care Team member may contact you to verify the information provided and confirm eligibility before your kit is prepared.
Sample selection and availability vary based on individual needs, product availability, service area, and program requirements.
Free Sample Care Kits have no cash value, are not for resale, and are subject to availability.
If you have questions, a Bloom Path Care Team member is happy to help you understand the Sample Care Kit process and available product options.
Bloom Path Medical Supplies reserves the right to approve, limit, decline, or cancel a free Sample Care Kit request at its discretion, including where eligibility cannot be confirmed, information is incomplete or inaccurate, duplicate or excessive requests are submitted, products are unavailable, or the request falls outside the scope of the Sample Care Kit program.
Shipping:
Bloom Path Medical Supplies ships across Canada. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.
Estimated delivery times vary by province (1–7 business days depending on location). Remote areas and weather conditions may cause delays.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or external delays. Orders can be modified or cancelled within 3 hours of placement.
Return:
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all incontinence and medical care products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or unopened items.
